    From I, we conclude that Kapil was born on any one of the dates among 16th, 17th and 18th.From II, we conclude that Kapil was born on any one of the dates among 13th, 14th, 15th and 16th.Thus, from both I and II, we conclude that Kapil was born on 16th August.
