    Clearly, the advertisement is meant to lure the passengers into travelling by the airline. So, I is implicit. Also, the advertisement promises an enjoyable flight. So, II is also implicit. The facilities offered by other airlines cannot be ascertained from the statement. So, III is not implicit.
